What Causes Enlarged And Painful Clitoris With Swelling After Engaging In Sex?

My boyfriend and I just got done having sex about fifteen minutes ago and my clitoris is inlarged and painful, also there appears to be something else swollen near my vaginal hole. It s very painful to walk and it seems very dry. What could it be and how do I get it to go down?

Swelling clitoris after intercourse is normal because in this area blood supply is increased.
Lump near to vaginal hole may be Barthonis cyst but diagnosis is determined only after inspection by a gyn.
Sitz bath may relief your symptoms.
