What Causes Enlarged Kidney?
My child suffered with vomiting one week ago, under abdomen USG diagnosed enlarged right kidney and uretero hydronephrities, Renogram findings were right kidlney 46.3% and left kidney 53.7% kidlney differential functioning and suspected VUJO, finally MCUG done and found the test results are normal.

As the test results are normal, you need not worry about the apparent difference in the size or the functioning of the kidneys. I am sure they already tested her blood to confirm that the kidney functions are normal?
