What Causes Enlarged Lymph Node On Neck And Lump Above Spine?

Im 22 175lbs and 6ft. No medical history. So I have what seems to be an enlarged lymph node on the side of my neck two close to each other on the back of my neck they are soft and squishy. I have had them for 6 months plus. I forgot about em but lately I been feeling slightly tired and my head/ears have been feeling hot sparatically but no fever. So i palpated for more lymph nodes and i can find more in my groin and next to my trachea/adams apple. I can feel these if i put a slight pressure on the skin. Also have a lump above each spine of my scapula they are sore for a day. Maybe these other ones are coming up cause im paranoid or stressed from grad school and life. But, any advice would help.

it is certainly difficult to ignore your condition specially in view of the multiple lymph nodes. I will however suggest getting a lymph node biopsy. That is probably the best means to know what has been going on in them.

any surgeon can help you with this minor procedure.
Best of luck
