What Causes Episodes Of Chills And Shakes?

I am having a sensation that seems like I have chills and good bumps. But I don t. It s just a sensation of how they feel when we get them. I even do a little shake afterwards. It s been happening for a few months but in the last 24 hours it s every minute or so. What could cause this sensation?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of chills.
My treatment advice is -
1. Recurrent chills and such sensation abnormalities maybe due to vitamin b12 deficiency.
2. Take healthy diet containing green leafy vegetables, milk, honey and fish, eggs fish you are non-vegetarian.
3. Start a vitamin b12 1500mcg tablet daily once. Symptoms will gradually reduce in 3-4 weeks.
You can also go for injectable b12 for faster results.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
