hello,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
All your symptoms are due to panic attack. You should take Tab.Clonazepam 0.5 mg mouth dissolving preparation at time of your symptom.Mostly it you will be immediately relived and it will confirm that your problem is nothing but anxiety.
In case you are not relieved ,you should get ECG and Echo done to rule out any heart disease.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
