What Causes Episodes Of Shooting Pain In The Forearm?
I am having sporadic shooting pain on the inside of my left forearm. It happens several times a day. It is very localized to one spot and it is debilitating when it happens. It fades after about 30 seconds. Totally unpredictable. I didn t hurt myself, not one thing brings it on...I am stumped!
If the pain is only in the forearm and not radiating to arm or hand than it could be tennis or golfers elbow. Due to which there pain localized to the forearm.
Using elbow brace/tennis elbow brace will help support the joint and muscles. Doing simple exercises like stretching and strengthening should get you help. You can take the help of a Physiotherapist as well.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
