Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The erectile dysfunction and dysuria have to be evaluated thoroughly through history, and physical examination to evaluate the cause.

So far as prostate cancer is concerned, as per my surgical experience, you need not worry with these available data.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
