Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Finpecia is Finasteride and the drug is a 5-œ-reductase inhibitor drug. The enzyme is an important enzyme for testosterone metabolism and thus the drug is known to cause erectile dysfunction in a lot of individuals taking it. The ED is reversible in most of individuals. You have just started the drug and have ED in such case I would advise you to consult your dermatologist and ask for change in the drug. Persisting ED might impair your personal life and the drug must be stopped and be replaced by some other safe drug.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
