What Causes Erectile Dysfunction With Pain In Testicles?
My husband is having a problem keeping an erection and he is experiencing pain in his testicles. He told me today that one testicle is larger than the other. I think that it could be swollen. I have encouraged him to see a doctor but he is embarrassed. He is 44 years.

Many conditions can cause enlargement of testis and erectile dysfunction. There is no need to get embarrassed and he might need a testis ultrasound scan to know any changes in the testis and scrotum. Please have him consult the doctors.
