Cardiologist 's  Response
H,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that his symptoms could be related to low blood pressure. But, as the symptoms were acute, I would recommend bringing him to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
- blood electrolytes
- complete blood count
- fasting glucose

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
