What Causes Excess Pus Cells In My Husband's Semen?
My husband first semen analysis showed a lot of puss cells and the doctor told me it can only be STD is that true? Also we were aboth treated with antibiotics and he gave him some hormone treatment but still not pregnant. Now he is goin to do a second semen analysis what should I expect? I am so scared

It is due to associated urinary tract infection (UTI) or conditions affecting prostate like prostitis. You can consult a urologist and start on antibiotics preferably Ciprofloxacin. Generally it will settle in couple of weeks.
