What Causes Excess Sweating,tiredness And Giddiness?

Hi, i need your help in understand something.
my father who 63yrs had sweating and tiredness, gidiness one morning at 9: 45 am. He had his breakfast at 8:30 am. He has no case of Diabetes/hypertension or any other disorder. No suregry case as well. He was shown to a general physician immediately and then an ECG was done and read by the general physician. Everything was normal. He recoved after 1 hr and went for work. What could be the reason?

excess sweating increased urination and tiredness are symptoms of diabetes, i want him to check his blood sugar fasting postprandial and HbA1c, thyroid profile and CRP and esr for confirming and more over there are other causes of excess sweating like thyroid problems and infection. so with the investigation results review with a physician for more clarification
