What Causes Excess Weight Loss Abruptly?

My granddaughter is 21 and has lost about 16 lbs and not intentionally. Everything she eats goes right through her. She has had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and blood work. Now she is on a lactose and gluten free diet. Still losing weight and can barely eat. She is consulting with a gastroenterologist but no real help. I m extremely worried about her.

poor nutrition

I would advise you certain life style modifications and adoption of healthy food habits
Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid spicy fried and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have good amount of protein in your diet like egg, meat, fish and beans, pulses (dal)
Have glass of milk during breakfast and supper

exercise regularly like gymming cycling and swimming
