What Causes Excessive Bowel Movement While On Align Probiotic Supplement?
I started taking Align probiotics about a week and a half ago and seem to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. Some days there are 3 large bowel movements a day. Although I don t have diarrhea, my stomach often feels in discomfort. I m hoping this is normal when beginning this new regimen. Suggestions or advice?gay
