I ve been experiencing excessive sweating, particularly at night. Cold sweats that leave my clothes soaked with sweat. I also have low body temperature. Once it went down to 90 degrees when I was outside for a short while. I haven t had my menstrual cycle in over a year, but I experience some symptoms like fatigue, muscle weakness and anxiety. I ve also been experiencing severe dizziness. I have poor coordination when I walk and sometimes my heart feels weak. I am 25 years old. Should I be concerned?
