I m 64 yr old male, 190 lbs 5 11 in excellent health. I work out 3-4 times week, climb mountains, etc. nothing notableexcept for one really embarrassing development. I have at the very top of my legs to each side of inner thighs heavy smelly moisture which I ve been treating with anti fungal spray and also powder, as well as showers. What the hell is it?
