What Causes Excessive Saliva In The Mouth And Anal Itching?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I normally get excess sour saliva in mouth in the morning hours. I've come to realize that its a symptom or co- disease of another. Usually there are also problem of stomach ache, passing gas, painful joints, itching anus. Please help and advice on remedy because i'm feeling unwell even now.

Hello,

The causes of excessive salivation are:

1. Morning sickness or nausea during pregnancy.
2. Sinus, throat, or peri-tonsillar infections.
3. Poisonous spider bites, reptile venom, and poisonous mushrooms.
4. False teeth.
5. Ulcers, inflammation, or pain in the mouth poor oral hygiene.
6. Severe infections such as rabies or tuberculosis.
7. Severe or sudden pain.
8. Regurgitation of saliva during heartburn.
9. Jaw fractures or dislocation.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
