What Causes Excessive Sleepiness Along With Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have been having trouble staying for a couple days. I am very weak, tired, sluggish, and running small fever. I thought it might be my sugar but I checked and it was fine. I have some pain in my left lung and back behind it. I have a history of ptsd, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, high blood pressure, diabetes, and a seizure disorder. I hate going to the hospital and I don t want to if it is not completely necessary. I just am very worried why I can t stay awake, it feels like I am out of my head. Dizzy, blurry vision, I don t remember stuff.
