What Causes Excessive Sleepiness And Fatigue?

Greetings Dr. Rynne. I am 52 years old. I just graduated College with BA in Environmental Science. I am in relatively good shape, I don t smoke, and drink only on special occasions. My issue is that now that it s all over and done with, I keep falling asleep especially when talking to loved ones. They are all asking what is the problem? I feel exhausted?
