General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. Phentermine is a brain stimulant so normally it should have the opposite effect. Acyclovir and Lisinopril are not know to cause excessive sleep whether separately or combined.

Perhaps the cause can be found in your sleep routine, daily activity or emotional well being.

I am not aware of your medical history, therefore am not able to give you a more accurate answer, so I recommend you see your doctor and discuss this with them.
I hope this helps.
Wishing you all the best.
