Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of hyperhidrosis on lower limb, my treatment advice is -
1. There is autonomic dysfunction due to surgery.
2. Care to be taken is to avoid excessive salty diet and spicy foods.
3. Apply an aluminum chloride lotion daily once at night on excessive sweating part.
4. Other treatment options are oral vitamin c, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
