As a result of physical therapy for a stiff neck, I often wake during the night with a very sweaty neck. From the chin up I m fine. From the shoulders down I m fine. My PT is strongly suggesting I go to my doctor as this happens too frequently. When I pressed her, she did indicate that odd (my word) sweating could be a sign of not good things, like cancer. I am 62 tomorrow. Female. In very good health, I think.....

Commonly associated with premenstrual symptoms, however, it can also be associated with many types of cancers, like lymphomas. 4. Have good hydration and meet your doctor at the earliest for further evaluation of lymphnodes, if necessary and endoscopy of upper and lower GI tract. Hope it helps.
