What Causes Excessive Sweating In The Pubic Area?

I have recently noticed over the past few months a very strong odor coming from down there . I am not quite sure if its left over urine that was not wiped up enough or properly or if its due to me sweating a lot down there . Its extremely embracing and it leaves a stink in my pants. It smells as if it is BO and urine mixed together. How do I fix this issue?

Hello,

I understood your concern. What you are describing seems like a case of genital bromhidrosis. For fixing this issue, I'd suggest use of antiperspirants in the groin area like aluminium chloride containing deodorant roll ons or powders. Additionally you can use antibacterials like clindamycin and antiseptic soaps. Regularly shave your pubic area to prevent accumalation of bacteria and moisture.
I hope this helps.
