Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms suggest a disturbed sleep. Make sleep hygiene a routine. Don't give tea, coffee and chocolate in the evening. Make him play in the evening at terrace. You may give melatonin tablet after consultation with your pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
