What Causes Excessive Sweating, Migraine And Dizziness While Standing Up?

For the past 3 days, i have bewn feeling very odd. I have had a migrane, stomach ache, dizzyness when i stand up, and i have gone to the bathroom more than usual, and also no matter what degree i am in, i am sweating hot and i cant stop sweating even in a cold room. What is wrong with me?

Stomach ache frequently occur with acidity. Many of your symptoms like headache, increase acidity, dizziness, frequency of micturition and excessive sweating can be explained by anxiety.

It is better to get yourself evaluated by general physician to rule out above causes and then seek consultation according to his recommendation. Till that time you can take analgesic to reduce pain.
