What Causes Excessive Thirst And Weight Loss?
Im incredibly thirsty, I'm urinating about 45 minutes to 1 hour continuously. I'm drinking excessively. Just yesterday I Probably drank 2 gallons. I'm losing weight,. I also feel my stomach being sore from time to time . It started slowly but this last 2 weeks has increased.

As I understand your problem you might be facing the symptoms of high blood sugar. Get your blood sugar fasting n PP and urine routine analysis done urgently and visit a Diabetes Practitioner if the blood sugar comes high as you will need further physical evaluation in a doctors clinic & other laboratory test before a suitable treatment regimen is selected for you.
