Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
According to history you are having complain of frequent urination and excessive thirst. So rule out first urinary track infection by urine routine microscopic examination. Check your sugar level to rule out diabetes. Prostatic problem also should be ruled out by USG scan. Sometime excessive anxiety and overactive bladder can lead search presentation. For high blood pressure you should take regular antihypertensive medication. According to course we can plan for the management for example if infection is present in the urine then antibiotic course can be prescribed. Consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
