What Causes Excessive Thirst, Weakness And Dizziness?
I have been non stop thirsty weak and dizzy lost weight but been hungry and have a metallic taste in my mouth. I do have shogrens and mixed connective tissue disease. I ve never ever been this thirsty. Does it sound like anything you have ever heard of.
Hello! Your symptoms are suggestive of a diabetic state. Symptoms like excessive thirst, increased hunger, weight loss are signs of abnormal glucose metabolism. If other symptoms like abnormal (metallic/ fruity) taste and rapid shallow breathing are present and persistent, I highly recommend you to go for blood glucose levels, glucose tolerance test, glucose level in urine to know if there is any abnormality in the glucose metabolism.
