What Causes Excessive Urge To Eat?

I can't stop myself from eating until i feel sick and get so bloated and then I feel terrible. I'll eat anything and everything..half the random crap doesn't even taste good but I eat it anyway. I literally can not talk myself out of it. Im a normal weight (was 134.2 a few days ago but I just had a terrible binge today so who knows exactly) I am 5'5 1/2. Ive been trying to lose 10 pounds (I have lost 80 already) and its just so hard to lose these last few. I'll count my calories and do well for a few days, and then snap and have thousands of calories in a short period of time. help! what is wrong with me? How can i be successful getting this under control and losing these last few pounds?

hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Health Care Magic, i understand your concern.
Considering your height the ideal weight for you is around 120-150 pounds.
Your weight is normal and acceptable for your height, i really dont see the need for you to lose extra 10 pounds unless you look a little overweight.
The reasons for your increased appetite could be many, i would suggest you to get blood tests done to rule out the chances of diabetes, also get your thyroid levels checked.
Sometimes the depression of putting on weight itself can cause you binge eat, if you eat healthy for few days and snap in the middle of it , its what everyone who tries to diet does, no need to worry much about it.
Consult with a physician and get the above tests done, once they come out normal then meet up with a dieticianto get a suitable menu to help you lose weight.
Remember that until you are healthy and in your ideal weight range losing weight for purpose of being slim is not a good idea.
Eat healthy and exercise well to stay fit.
Hope this helps, wish you good health.
