What Causes Excruciating Pains During Bowel Movements?

Hi, i ve been experiencing some excruciating pains when i poop and it was even worse after sex. This has been going on for days after i ve unsuccesfully tried to stool for days. I havn t gone to the doctor yet because it occurs only when i go to the toilet and after ejaculation. Can someone tell me what this might be please?

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This excruciating pain during bowel movement could be because of constipation or perirectal abscess or fissure.

But it requires further evaluation to diagnose well as you have same pain during or after ejaculation.

Now,if this pain occurred for 1 or 2 days then it may be subsided by taking over the counter analgesics and using laxatives like syrup cremaffin 3 tsf at bed time.

If symptoms are for more than 3 days then you should see a doctor or preferably general surgeon who will examine your abdomen with anal region to detect the exact underlying cause.

Meanwhile, you can take analgesic, antacids and laxatives as I mentioned.

Regards,
