Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a 22 year old female an I ve noticed for the past few months I m absolutely exhausted after I eat. Doesn t matter what I eat or when I eat. This could have been going on longer and I may have just attributed it to being a sleep-deprived college student. I cut carbs for a month and I saw no improvement. I usually don t let myself take a nap after I eat, but over 4th of July weekend I would eat, then go take a 2-5 hour nap until my family woke me up, and then I would sleep 8-10 hours that night. I have no idea what this could be, help!?
