What Causes Exhaustion With Appetite And Thirst Increase?

Hi, I am 26 years old 5'3" weigh 106lbs. I am fairly healthy have no current medical conditions. within the past 2 weeks I have noticed I have been feeling real exhausted, my appetite has increased and within the past week I have also been really thirsty. A few nights out of the week I will wake up sweating a lot as well. What could this possibly mean?
