What Causes Expansion Of Lymph Node Under Ear?

Hi I am a 26 yr Male. I have a symptom of lymph node expansion under left ear on left side of neck one week prior. The lymph nodes were little bigger than expected. There were two of them out of which one was painful when touched. This were hard during the initial stages. I have taken precaution and also medication and now the lymph nodes are smaller than before and not painful. Is this fine? Do I need to do any other testing more.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The lymphnode enlargement can be secondary to any infection in the ear or around the ear region. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Once the cause is found out we can treat accordingly.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
