Hi,

Dizziness in sleep apnea may be due to decreased or fall of oxygen levels in the brain. Other possibilities like hypertension with encephalopathy or Mayo cardial infraction with hypotension or anemia or BPPV etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
