I have an extremely dry throat. The moisture in my mouth is just fine. I ve tried swallowing a bunch of times, tried drinking a lot of water, tried hot tea, gum, throat lozenges. Nothing works! It s not sore, just really dry. Sometimes I feel a tingling sensation. What is causing this and what can I do to help take care of the problem? I started taking Xyrem a couple months ago, but the throat problem just started a week ago. I don t know if it s the medication that s causing the issue.
