What Causes Extreme Fatigue While On Tramadol And Methocarbamol?

Is escitalopram safe? My doctor recently prescribed it as I was complaining of extreme fatigue. He said that I was depressed. If I am depressed I would rather try an alternative like, going back to yoga, exercise and meditation as I do not like to take drugs. I am currently taking Tramadol and Methocarbamol at night due to back surgery last August.
