Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your knee problem can be related to ciprofloxacin intake.Ciprofloxacin has an increased risk of getting tendinitis or tendon rupture. So in such case you should discontinue the medicine and approach your doctor.Your knee should be immobilized by elastic bandaging. You can approach an orthopedician to check any possibility of severe tendon injury. You should also get rest from physical activity for short duration.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
