What Causes Extreme Pain In The Right Testicles?

Hi
I have pain in my right testicle for 2 weeks now... not a terrible pain but some kind of uneasiness..there seems to be a slight increase in its size as well.
.occassionally I get pain in my right leg starting from buttock bone to the knee..I am consulting a urologist tomorrow..can u help me with this and what else do you suggest..

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Your case looks to be an infection of the testicle called orchitis.
The pain from buttock to knee.. can be a compressed/ pinched nerve .
Clinical examination can have more insight.
Ultrasonography with color Doppler and other investigations of blood/ urine will prove to the point and help in proper treatment.
Use scrotal support till then.
