What Causes Extreme Soreness In The Throat?

I have had a sore to touch throat for several weeks, also can be sore when swallowing. I am tired alot of the time and lack of appetite. I also get shivery on an evening. Something separately I think is my right upper outside of arm is very week,restricted movement.

Thanks for your query.
You have sore throat, painful swallowing, tired all the time, and lack of appetite for several weeks. This is a long time to suffer from.
You are also getting shivering in the evening and have weakness and restrictive movements of the right upper arm.
All these symptoms taken together are suggestive of general disease or the lung disease like Tuberculosis or so as the reason for all the problems you have.
I would advise you to consult an ENT and get all the relevant tests of blood, urine, ENT Endoscopy, X-ray chest and other tests as may be necessary.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, the treatment will be easy and curative.
