Hi dear I advise you to go for mammography investigation and clinical examination once. Various causes for breast pain are such as fibromyalgia related with periods, mastitis, excess fibrous tissue or benign condition like fibroadenoma so please do the investigation. For pain relief I advise Tab Ibuprofen, hot water shakes, gentle massage with lidocaine.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
