I am taking nexito plus on night time,i feel quiet sleepy all the time and not interested in doing anything,fell like to be in bed all the tim e,also ismoke 10/day i am trying to stop it but i cant really ,can you suggest me some tips to keep my life engaged or cherfull

You are having the most common side effect of Escitaopram and CLonazepam medications which is faigue, lethargy and daytime sleep. You have not mentioned why are you taking these tablets. You might need a medication review.
