What Causes Extreme Tiredness In Elderly?

my dad who is 76 is suddently experiencing tiredness and finding difficulty in performing his regular activities, got a master check up done and nothing wrong in the reports, we have taken a brain scan
and consulting a neurologist
what would be the likely issues?

There is many causes of extreme tiredness like anemia , heart problem , kidney problem , liver problem , Vitamin deficiency , depression .

If at all you have got master health check up then most of the causes would have been ruled out . Still I would like to look into the reports.

Most likely Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 tests would have not been done , so if not done kindly get those also . Also one of the cause of extreme tiredness is depression , so if you feel your dad's mood is low or he is not eating well get one Psychiatrist consult also.
