What Causes Eye Blood Vessel Burst, Nosebleed And Breathlessness?

yes, please. Friend s symptoms in order of occ: appendageitis; eye blood vessel burst; now nose bleeds off and on (at night). Recurring: fatigue, shortness of breath, squeezing sensation of upper body. Heart tests are showing in normal range. No lung problems either. Was alcoholic, but no sober 34 years. Breast cancer years ago. 78 years old. Very, very active prior to these problems. What could it be?

1. I read your query and i am happy to help you. You already mentioned that your eye blood vessel burst, nose bleeding on and off mostly at night
2. These symptoms is mostly due to high BLOOD PRESSURE
3. The symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, squeezing sensation of upper body is all do to excess blood loss because of nose bleeding which leads to decrease in Hemoglobin in the blood leading to lack of supply of oxygen to the body
4. So my final verdict is to check the blood pressure and Hemoglobin levels in the blood
