my left eye feels dry, and it causes much problems to me while im outside.. not only does it feels dry, i feel out of focus sometimes and it just makes my head spin...

are you using contactlens.if so the lens is to be removed at bedtime. now what ever may be the reason dry eye is to be treated with artificial tear drop.it is suggested apply refresh eye tear drop.
