What Causes Eye Flutters, Sensitivity To Light And Itching In Eyes?

Sir, I am 29 years old. My height is 5.5 ft and weight is 65 kg. I am wearing glasses having a power of -2.50(cylindrical) and -1.00 (spherical) in right eye and -2.25(cyl) and -2.25(spl) in left eye. I am wearing glasses since 2004. I have some additional problems like eye flotters, light sensitivity, itching etc. I used to masturbate in the teen age. I have no other disease. I work in a govt office and have to sit before computer for 8 to 9 hours. kindly give me suggestion how can I minimize my eye problems and increase my eye power. I donot take sweets and sour foods. I think spoiling of semen has invited the problems. I want to decrease my glass power. Kindly help me doctor.

masturbation is not linked to your eye problem. might be having computer vision syndrome. should use anti glare lens in your specs. apply artificial tear drop before and after use of computer. flatter is spasm a ticks. itching is allergy. you can take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. try to reduce hour of expo user to computer. sensitivity can be linked to floater are degenerative bodies in vitreous. need not be worried for that.
