Sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night and my left eye is watering constantly. I usually get up and put a warm wash cloth over my eye and go back to sleep. There's no pain at all just won't stop watering. I rarely wear eye makeup so I'm sure it's not that. Any idea what could be causing this?
It is simply epiphora for blockage or partial blockage of nasolacrimal duct. Punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done. Use neosporine eye ointment at bedtime.it may improve with these treatment.
