belles palsy the effected nerve paralysis result in lag ophthalmos giving rise to expo user keratitis. recovery rate to normalcy is very good. as treatment tab neurobion and mild steroid in tapering doses is given. eye drop like artificial tear drop and neosporine eye oint ment can be applied at night. if recovery is slow and cornea is effected then eye lid can be stitched for retaining tear film
