What Causes Face, Lip And Jaw Joint Numbness?
I am 56, female, Hashimoto treated by letrox

For two years after some flue I have a part of my face, a lip and mouth in a state of mild anesthesia. I had MR it is Ok. Neurologist tried with carabpin but I have no pains, only numbness and tickling that makes me carsy. Sometimes I feel as if it is swallen inside my mouth. I changes but I could not find trigger. I feel stifness in my jaw joint and mild rididness around my ear. Half of my face is numb.

The symptoms you described are not related to hypothyroidism but as MRI is normal you need to rule out other metabolic disorders causing numbness. Check calcium level, as a low calcium is typically manifested with numbness.
