What Causes Facial Swelling In And Around The Eye Area With Severe Redness?
I have R.A and have been experiencing facial swelling in and around eye area. Severe redness and dry, sore eyes and skin all around. Have used Vaseline, olive oil to moisturize; skin taut, painful and eyes in "squinting" mode. Have used natural tears and Tobradex prescribed by ophthalmologist - no help

for dry eyes use artificial tears ,the redness&swelling around the eyes due to celloitious,for this use antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablets oraly
