Hi dear i advise you to do Ultrasound and hormonal analysis of FSH,LH, estrogen and progesterone level under the observation as it will help you to know the possible cause of delay in periods. It could be due to emotional stress, hormonal imbalance, cervical or uterine patholgy or pregnancy etc.so please consult immediately. and ideal time to do home pregnancy test is after two weeks of delay in periods so repeat the test at that time.
Hope this information helps
Thanks and regards
